Question Phanteks P300 top panel headphone socket

I couldn't get Headphones working using the Top panel and had to plug into back of motherboard, is there a cable i need to connect, so far i have found these unconnected cables -

12V input 416
HDD LED
Multi colour LED strips (2 connectors)

Don't think i need these cables but would like the headphone socket to work.

You should be seeing this cable, that is responsible for getting audio to the front panel from your motherboard.

What is the make and model of your headphones and your motherboard?
