I read you need to remove the side panel to fit in your PSU but i removed the 2 screws and the metal panel is stuck fast, how do i remove it?

There should be a small lip/handle on the rear of the panel. Just pull it outwards, or if you are facing it towards you.

Yes, three grooves on each side, really difficult when it is lodged in grooves. I have removed it now.
