[SOLVED] phanteks p350x wire problem?

so i recently bought new parts to a new ryzen 7 build and chose this case the phanteks p350x annd an msi x370 pro carbon which said were compatible. and ofcourse my luck i cannot seem to get it to turn on and i brought it to a pc shop and they had told me it was to do with a wire not connecting to the on switch so i cant turn it on. does anyone have this case and mobo that can help me out with some pictures to maybe show me what it should look like or anything iv built pc's before but this is just my luck to get something wrong with it. i would appreciate any help thank you.

Your post is vague. What wire are we talking about? The front panel connectors or the RGB lights? If you're having difficulty with the wiring the front panel connectors, there should be a small diagram on the board near the front panel headers. It's also mentioned in your motherboard manual, page 6. There should also be an arrow denoting that it's a +ve terminal on the front panel connectors on the case.

I'm having some issues with a p300 that are the same. The instructions aren't as good as they could be and its impossible to find some. I cant get sound
