Question Phanteks P400s LED pulsing issue!

Hi guys i just installed a new cpu and motherboard to my system and when i was using my PC the LED strip and the power button LED started like pulsing (gets dim and comes back). It normally emits a constant beam of light. Does anyone know what's wrong with it?? Really appreciate any help. Previous mobo was Asus tuf h370 pro gaming and CPU was i7 8700
