Phanteks PH-TC14PE or H100i?

I have a Xigmatek Gaia, which is great for a default clocked i5 4670k but once I apply voltage to it the temps get a bit high.

I am in the market for a new CPU cooler and I have my eyes on either the-
Phanteks PH-TC14PE
($79.99 on Newegg)
or
Corsair H100i
($84.99 on Amazon)

I play a lot of ARMA 2 and I noticed a massive increase in performance overclocking to 4GHz, however this thing requires a lot of voltage (1.235v) as it is an overclocking dud.
I have reached 4.2GHz with 1.295v however it reaches upwards of 80-90c with my current cooler when running for 4+ hours of Arma 2 BE Warfare.

I do not want to spend more than $90 on a cooler and I want it to be relatively quiet. Thanks :D

Best Aircooler I've ever used , and I've tried a lot of them.

Here it is in my Enthoo Pro case.

The Phanteks PH-TC14PE would be quieter but the Corsair H100i would perform better.
If you don't mind bulk of an air cooler i would go with the Phanteks, it would also be more reliable in the long term as it doesn't have 3rd point of failure (that being the pump).

Thanks for the quick response!
I love the idea of the H100i but I have heard the fans are very loud at loud which I would hate. I am kind of a silent freak for the most part. Furthermore, adding new fans would significantly increase the price...
How much worse would the PH-TC14PE perform when compared to the H100i? I looked at some articles and they almost never include the Phanteks, however in benchmarks with the NH-D14 the Phanteks performs better in some and the NH-D14 performs at/ around the level of the H100i.
I just want something to keep it cool and quiet :D
I would easily buy a 280mm AIO if I could get one to fit in my Define R4. I love 140mm fans.
What's your thoughts?

It looks extremely nice, and 26DB? Woah!
Is it good for overclocking? I plan to hopefully reach 'at least' 4.5GHz but I honestly do not want to go over 1.3v-

*Also, I love the SR71 such a sexy aircraft if only we still had em in service D:

Just a quick question, before I pull the trigger and buy the Cryorig-
Do you think it will fit in my Define R4? I just want to be sure it will fit..
Also, how is the stock paste? I have Antec Nano Diamond 7 if it's not that great. Thanks again.

love the r4. yes it will fit. your case supports up to 170mm tall coolers. the cryorig is 168.3mm.

Yay! Thanks!
I hope this will allow my overclocking dud to push some more performance out of the game, also be a bit quieter too!

Love this community, it's so helpful and friendly too :D
