Phanteks tc14pe mounting plate issue

Hello

I just recived my phanteks cooling system, everything gone smooth till i come to point where i Have to mount the plate. Were fighting like for 2h already and cant match those Spring bolts. So i dismounted everything and noticed that main plate is missing like 2-3mm when one bolt is attached. Anyone had such issue? Motherboard is msi gaming 5 , socket 1150. Everything Done like in manual...

Well kinda solved...
Idk why verticaly it didnt match (radiators), switched to horizontal position and done. Not satisfied at all with that... :/
