Question phanteks xt view case pre installed fans

hi, sorry for my bad english but i try to explain.. my motherboard is msi b650 gaming plus wifi

first of all i want controll the fans by the motherboard so in the case i see one female cable 3 pin so if i connect this cable to the motherboard header jargb 5v, the leds of the fans will work, thats correct? i see too 2 female cables 4 pin pwm, if i connect one of this 2 cables on the motherboard header sys_fan, the fans will work? help please
