Phenom 9600

I am trying to overclock my Phenom 9600 and I can't seem to get it stable at all overclocked.

Phenom 9600 2.3 X4
XFX GeForce 8200 MB
Windows Vista 32-bit
6G RAM
400 Watt PSU
Western Digital 1TB

It does NOT have an option to change the multiplier in the BIOS. It DOES have an option to change the FSB.

Any help would be appreciated.

What are your current settings? How high have you gone?

my current setting is 200mhz
i went as high as 222mhz in 2mhz incriments
nothing was stable except stock speed 200mhz
i even increased the voltage as i steped up trying various combinations
still unstable
any ideas or do you think i should just leave it stock?
