Phenom 965 temps?

Hey all, i finally got myself a phenom 2 965 so happy with the performance, what sort of temperatures is everyone getting with this processor? my bios is reading this at 12 degrees celcius and amd overdrive is reading it at 15 degrees celcius! this sounds way to low, i have the zalman 9700 cooler, its well good if i am getting these temps, but does this seem to low to anyone else?

My AMD 955 BE @ 3.7ghz stays around 35c idle... 45c under load. This is using a Thermalright TRUE Black Heatsink in an Antec 1200 case.

So, no, my temps are not similiar to yours.
