If the board is used, but in good working condition, it should be OK. Those DDR2/DDR3 combo boards from that era have been known to have had issues, though. I can't remember what they were anymore, but it was...
I stand corrected. Forgot AMD made it in 95W version. It's been awhile. But my other comments still hold. You need to find a board that matches the RAM you have or else buy new RAM to match the board. And yes, there's no reason I can see that 4GB will not work fine. It may be a bit limiting in how much you can have running at one time, but it will work fine.

Ok, thanks, the reason why i am will be still standing on 4gb ddr2 800mhz it's bcs i dont have money for better...
Im thinking about asrock N68C-S UCC bcs it have 2 ddr2-1066mhz max, and ddr3 ram-1600mhz max.
And when i get money i will buy 8gb ddr3 1600mhz, or maybe i will still standing on ddr2 memory, but 8gb 1066mhz, i will see...
And, yes, it will support 1055t but not 125w version, it will support 95w version, and that's so important think...
What do you think about this idea?
I think thats best option for my budget.

If the board is used, but in good working condition, it should be OK. Those DDR2/DDR3 combo boards from that era have been known to have had issues, though. I can't remember what they were anymore, but it was something centered around the memory. Nevertheless, there are/were a lot of them sold. Be sure you buy it with a refund capability in case it gives you problems.
