Phenom ii 955 confusion

Hi, i was wondering about the Phenom II 955. I have a motherboard that only supports up to 95 watt processors. On the cpu list it says that it supports the Phenom II 955 because its only 95 watts(linked). But on amds websites (linked) it says its 125watts? can some cleirfy here what i should be buying because i dont wanna get the fx 4100 and find out it sucks for gaming.

i think the amd site is listing 125 to cover the black edition also.

would that be the 95 watt one? it has the same model number as the one on my 95 watt cpu list (HDX955WFK4DGM)
