Phenom II 955 no OC with Gigabyte GA-790FXT-UD5 - OVERHEATING

Dear friends,
i Have a prob. i built a new system that contains:
AMD phenom II 955 with stock cooler
OCZ 6GB 1600mhz
WD 500GB black 7200 RPM
ATI FirePRO 3750 256MB
PSU Rosswile 950W
MB GA-790fxt-ud5 Bios F6
Case coolermaster CM690 with 6 fans 1200RPM
my system is on idle goes overheat
my mobo temp is 44c and the CPU 44c on idle
the room temp now is 25c
please can you tell me if is there a prob. with temp? CPU? or Mobo?

every thing was fine for year. a replaced from ol case to new case al parts and switched on the pc and find out that there is a temp prob.
 

So, like I asked:
Are these temperatures on idle or load? What are your load temperatures?
 

1. No it's not. 43*C is fine for a chip like that.
2. I just ran everest on my Asus 785G board. It claims my motherboard is at 48*C. A sensor that HWmonitor can't seem to be able to find.

If you are really worried, stick your finger on the chipset heatsink. If it feels hot, then you have and issue.
