Which of these mother board is better, more reliable, and moreOverclockable with Phenom II 940.

I just purchased the GA-MA770-UD3. Don't need to crossfire vid cards unless you're into that. The GA-MA770 is the same board as the two you list without the ability to run multiple graphics cards and it's cheaper.

Id go with the gigabyte it uses sb750, that make it a better choice as it OC phenoms a bit better an other new functions, ive always prefered dfi but in this case the gigabyte has the upper hand in performance.
