Phenom II X2 Dual-core 550 to quad core cpu

Hello, can i unlock an AMD Phenom II X2 Dual-core 550 on ASUS M4N78 SE motherboard, with the N720D chipset,up to four operational cores ?

You can try. It doesn't have to necessarily be a black edition cpu.There should be an option in bios for this.

NO, the SE doesn't but the Pro does.

ACC- or Advanced Clock Calibration is used on AMD chipsets, but i own the N720D chipset. This one should have NCC- Nvidia Clock Calibration for NVIDIA chipsets, but i can't find this feature in BIOS. Maybe i should search for the right BIOS version...
