phenom II X4 850 + GTX 760

Hi Guys!
I just bought a GTX 760, it has not arrieved yet but I was wondering, would my CPU hold back my GPU (bottleneck) its a phenom II X4 850 3.3ghz.
I´m on a budget so I started to upgrade my PC from the GPU first, I had a HD6850 and it was working fine with this CPU

The 760 is fairly close to balanced with the phenom you have; it's just a little weighted toward the GPU side. A good $25 aftermarket cooler (coolermaster 212 evo is the staple around here) and a moderate CPU overclock (~3.6ghz) would bring it more in line.

Even if you don't want to overclock, the card won't be held back much by the CPU.
