Phenom II X4 925 2.8ghz with gtx 560 ti?

I have a Phenom II X4 925 2.8ghz processor and my current graphics card is the Radeon 5570. I am also upgrading my psu to a 650w soon so power shouldn't be a problem. I was looking to upgrade to the gtx 560 ti. Would it be compatible with my current processor?

Yes that's fine, you might get people tell you there will be a bottleneck, this may be a slight restriction at a low resolution in certain games but not a reason to avoid buying the card.
