running gta 4 only at 30 fps not above of that.. WTF????
i have seen with lower systems running at 50 and up...
i have all the latest drivers so.. why i am so slow?

2 screens but for gaming using just one

Anyways have you set all your settings in CCC to performance? Did you remove all the leftover old driver files with driver sweeper prior to installing the new ones?

That vid is from someone using a CPU that is two tiers above the OP's which might be why it runs better, I thought it still looked a bit jerky in places though.
