Phenom II X4 965 Model differences

There are two models of this processor with GMBOX and GIBOX as their last numbers. the GMBOX is 125watt while the GIBOX is 140watt. Does this make a difference? Does it affect OC capability?

The newer C3 version should OC a little better.

C3 is the newer version which is the 125W chip ----- it requires less voltage and as such puts out less heat so can OC slightly better !!
