Phenom II X6 1055T Bottle Neck?

Ok im gona be upgrading my pc soon and I want to know if I will be bottlenecked, so here is my current build.
Current
Mobo: Foxconn N-Alvorix-RS880-uATX
Gpu: Gtx 465
Cpu: Phenom II X4 840T
Ram: 8Gb

What i want to upgrade to without changing mobo.
Gpu: 750ti
Cpu: Phenom II X6 1055T
Will there be any bottle necking issues? If so could you link some budget cpus that would fit into my mobo? Thanks!
