Phenom X4 9750 or Athlon II X4 630?

Im looking for an affordable 4 core processor, I had my mind set on the X4 630 but suddently found the Phenom X4 9750 for $60.

I got 4GB of DDR3 and a good board that will support either..

Opinions?

PS: Not overclocking.
