Hello I have a 200£ to spend in gaming monitor, mouse and keyboard, but I don't know what I should buy.
Should I buy a 144hz(AOC G2460PF) and a cheap mouse and keyboard or should I buy a nice mouse(zowie) , decent keyboard(motospeed inflictor ck104) and 1ms 60hz monitor.

Buy the 1ms 60hz monitor along with the Motospeed Inflictor CK104 and the Zowie mouse. 144hz isn't worth it if you're sacrificing mouse and keyboard quality.
