I'm not sure. SAA7130 maybe? I really don't know what to look for, only
that people always recommend TV Tuner cards that are Philips based and not
Conexant based.

What problem are you trying to solve? What will you gain by using Phillips
specifically?

Linux compatibility?

The ATI TV Wonder VE and The TV Wonder Pro are both Phillips based....
