PHILIPS BDM3270QP 1440p Monitor flicker in games in location weres a lot of sharp textures

My monitor is conected through Hdmi 1.4 (i have 2 hdmi cables and booth have the same issue my MONITOR does have the display-port 1.2 idont used because the ordered cable is on the way so i will try it later when it will arrive This artefact occurring on my 2k monitor were are many sharp texture to render just in some games Anno and assasins creed black flag and witcher 3 on location of the corn field and its not my PC 100% tested my pc rig on another screen and it doesn't have any issue

You're using a photography and design monitor, it isn't intended for gaming primarily hence why you're getting these issues.
Stick on V-Sync, ensure that monitor settings are on a gaming mode if there is one to see if this can minimalize the issue.
