Philips SPC900NC/00 Problem

I just bought a Philips SPC900NC/00 and I installed it using the Vista drivers from the website. When I opened VLounge to check it out for the first time, there was image but there was mostly green lines running down the screen. It's like static. Any idea what might be going on here?
