[SOLVED] Phillips 5.1 1000W not turning on?

This cant be seen if anything beyond the circuitboard witch is getting power is cause of unit not powering up when the power on the device is pressed?

I'f opened it and this is where I can see that the power goes to the fuse witch is not by the looks of it wrong or blown, seems all good untill that point in the power scheme.

Model, hold on a sec let me look it up...

Model : Phillips Model No: HT3565/98 180W AC 110-127V/ 220-240V ~ 50-60Hz.

Now that I look at it I see a burn mark @ D920. On the power circuit. But the (Semiconductors, connectors, resistors, diodes, capacitors and radio devices) seems to be unharmed at this burn spot.

Right so , I can fix it myself but lack the tools to do so, so I'm sending it to the city where they have an electrical repair capability on site and my Phillips 5.1 1000 watt amp can be repaired, might take some time to have it sent there have the repairs done and have it sent back to me.

I'll come back here if I gain any knowledge of what exactly was to be repaired on the unit once it has been done.
