Phoenix 1.05 BIOS Update HELP

Hello Tom's Hardware,I need your help to update my phoenix BIOS please help.

The system requirements:
PC:HP Compaq x2200 MicroTower
CPU:Intel Pentium 4 3.20 GHz (2 logical processors using HT Tech)
Motherboard:MSI 0A48
GPU:ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 Series (MSI R4350)
2 Gigabytes of RAM
80 GB of HDD
Windows 8.1(64 Bit)

So I have Phoenix 1.05 but I want to install the latest version 1.10,I saw at HP page but they only supported Windows XP and Vista.
Then I downloaded a program from hp on another page (it turns out that it was the same program on HP page) but it didnt upgrade because of windows incompability.
So please can you provide me a page with all the tools I need to update?

If you need more info for my system I will provide it.

Note:I checked MSI Page for motherboards updates but my mobo didnt showed there,and no luck with MSI Live update 6(and sorry if I posted in wrong sector)

The only BIOS updates you can use for an HP computer are those that are available on HP's website.

The only BIOS updates you can use for an HP computer are those that are available on HP's website.

They are only aviaible for windows xp and vista :/ cant i get a method to flash from usb?
