I have 2*512Mb RAM, can I put 2*2048= 4Gb RAM on Phoenix - AwardBIOS v6 00PG ??

If it is then from what i see from this website, the max memory supported is 2GB. Read your mobo manual to know the exact details. It will have everything you need to know.
