Question Phoenix OS problem

I installed Phoenix OS a few days ago to try something on it, then I uninstalled it today, but when I boot my pc, I still get the option to choose either Windows 10 or Phoenix OS even though I uninstalled it. Phoenix won't work if I choose to boot it but it's annoying that's it's available in the boot menu. Can someone tell me how to remove it completely? I even formatted the drive that Phoenix was installed on

Boot Windwows installation USB/DVD, repair boot.
