phone bluetooth audio is super quiet. HELP!

My bluetooth audio is super low on both my headsets. They are hooked up to my phone, and during calls and the audio thats played by the headset is perfect. However when I open up YouTube, Netflix, google play, or audible - I can barely hear a thing.

Right click the small speaker icon in the lower right screen corner.

Select Playback devices and check the listed devices and configurations. There can be many windows, tabs, and properties buttons.

Explore first without changing anything.

If you find something that appears to address the low audio problem, try a change. Change only one thing at a time and keep notes in case you need to go back and undo some change.

If nothing found, then explore the other options provide via the Speaker icon.

Run the troubleshooter. That may find and fix something for you.
