I have two phones with sims from the same company.
One has normal speed with a very good signal
while the other which i just bought has a speed much lower than the other with a worse signal.
Why do you think that happens??
Plz help me out with this because im gonna be giving my old phone out and i need to fix the problem before i do that

Is this when using the mobile network for data, or using a WiFi connection?

1. Unless the 2 phones are identical, I'd say u are not comparing apples to apples.

2. These days 3rd party cellular carriers can piggy-back over anybody. My carrier can do at&t, Verizon, Sprint, T-M... depending what sim I ordered. This is evidently obvious but just want to throw it out there.

3. If you are data-ing 4G/LTE, oftentimes you have to install a Network Profile on ur phone to enable the faster speed.

And how do i make a network profile on a phone??

Also i only get h+ signal on the new phone

On your carrier's website, there should be a CONFIGURE PHONE thingy, with all instructions.
