Phone keeps turning on & off

I have a Huawei G620s (Android 4.4.2), and today, I turned it off after a long time. When I tried to turn it on, it did, but after I entered the PIN it suddenly shut down and restarted. This keeps going.. on and off, on and off.. the only way I can stop it is by turning it off.

The only thing I found I can do is a hard reset..

nvm, solved. did a factory reset
