Question Phone Link doesn't open after clean install of Windows 11 ?

Hello guys. As my title says, today i upgraded my pc to 5800x3d/b550-a rog strix motherboard and i did a clean install from usb..

After few hours building/sweating I installed Windows 11 and started installing my software and after few hickups and annoyances i was almost done, but then i saw that the Phone Link app doesn't open.
I tried to refresh/troubleshoot it through Windows, I uninstalled it and installed it again, but nothing, it just doesnt open at all... nothing, no response.

Does anyone have any advice?

Make and model phone?

Did you remember to pair it?

(I do not use Phone Link: However as soon as I selected iPhone, I was prompted to pair the device and there was even a QR code.)

Otherwise:

Any Phone Link related error codes, warnings, or even informational events in Reliability History/Monitor?

Try running the built in Windows Troubleshooters. The troubleshooters may find and fix something.

Next try "dism" and "sfc /scannow":

When i installed the Windows I remember there was a prompt for me to pair or something during installation but as I already had the Phone Link app on my phone, I didn't click it.
But now the Phone Link app on PC doesn't open at all so i can't pair it or connect the devices.

The phone is Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro
