Phone not showing up on PC.

I tried uninstalling different drivers and I can't seem to get it working. It worked fine before reinstalling windows and I've tried different cables. (Samsung Galaxy J5 2016)

if u press win+X u will see device manager. in that, ur phone will probably listed as portable device or something similar. right click and manually select the driver from the installed list.
i had this issue in win 10 insider preview. was fixed after going to retail edition.

It didn't work. There wasn't a driver there on the list.

when u go for update driver>browse >pick from list, uncheck the compatible hardware check box and find it from samsung in the list.

Are your previous ones partially installed? An exclamation mark that shows the drivers aren't properly loaded or may be subject to an update? If that's the case. Try rolling them back and then disconnecting and reconnecting the device, essentially going through the process once again.
