Hello i have a dilemma 🙁 help me plz

This is my dilemma i have an computer with an i7 2600 and AMD Radeon HD6570 1gb
And an IPhone 5c that is starting to give up and sometimes when i enter my code it takes 10 seconds to load.
Should i save up for a new computer or get a new phone right now

I want the honor 8 lite btw

Before you go spending money, have you cleaned up software on both devices?

On the iPhone, uninstall all apps you no longer use and clean up your galleries and whatnot.

On the PC, uninstall all the apps you no longer use, defragment the hard drive if using an HDD, clean up startup objects, delete large files you no longer need/use, etc.

I have done that and both are still very slow but i dont use my pc for heavy gaming just light gaming

the thing is my desktop pc can only transfer 35 watt through pcie lane and cant upgrade psu beacuse of mobo pins and i also go to school and use my phone every break we have

Thank you for making this simple.

The 75 watt mandate has been around since PCIe won the struggle against AGP and other competing slots. I see no reason why a manufacturer would purposely disobey this standard.

In all honesty, I don't see anything that says that you're limited to 35 watts. May I ask where you read/heard this?

I read the spec sheet and while it does say 25 watt maximum for sff, it also states 75 watt maximum for mt (single gpu.) I have never heard of a pci slot at anything less than 75 watt, since it is the standard
