Phone when connected keeps disconnecting

Hello, my issue is when I connect my phone with a usb cable, it keeps disconnecting after every 5 seconds, but when I connect my usb keyboard or mouse, it works fine. All my usb ports are functioning well and my drivers are updated too, I am using windows 10.

Also when I checked device manager, its showing my device(XT1068) has driver issues and there's another device called 'unknown device'. When I try to update my (XT1068) driver, it says driver can't be updated.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
