Photo Printer - Espon R300?

Hi all,
I am currently looking for a good photo printer. I have done some research and found this R300. It is a new model from Epson, and not every place has this in stock in Vancouver. I am just wondering if this one is good. One of my friends have a HP 2110 (all-in-one) and the photo color is really sharp! It's just like a photo from lab. Not sure if Epson R300 does the same. Anyone?

I just picked up the Epson RX500 last night after eyeing it for over a month. It is the same printer as the R300, only in a multifunction. Without a digital camera, I am limited to the best quality picture the scanner can scan that my computer can handle. After holding the original picture to the copy, (aside from the glossy paper as opposed to the matte) I can't see a difference. I don't think it's gonna get much better for the price range.
