I was wondering if my GTX 580s third fan was able to breathe because of the HDD or would there be some overheating because of the case? Please help.

Solution
You can unscrew the HDD mount and move it down (or up, if you desired). Looks like you have 3 spaces above where it's currently mounted (although the next one up won't be useable given your GPUs position), and 2 below.

Either use the lowest, or highest mount for the HDD. Your GPU will then have plenty room to 'breathe'.

Is a mechanical thing, don't let all those wires intimidate you.

You have a series of HD slots, you can move ur HD to anywhere that fits. How did you come to conclusion that you must mount it where it present is? No reason, move at will.
