Question Photos app takes random photos/videos of apps when im not telling it to ?

hello everyone, i need help with the Photos app. Basically, it keeps taking random photos and videos of apps and mobile games that i don't even have installed!
On the 7th, i saw that Photos had taken 30 random pictures of things i didnt screenshot. from 10/7/21, photos has taken a lot more than 11,500 random pics or videos! i dont know why its doing this. and its wasting storage. please help me. here is a screenshot:

Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows
this doesn't delete anything, it just stops non microsoft programs running at start up
if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.

just wondering if its a conflict.

That looks like it's just showing you the cached thumbnails, icons and general image files on the computer. I don't think those are screenshots at all. Most likely you have the program set to search in many folders or you have put things in the folders it does scan that are not just photos or videos.

Also if you look at the dates for the images in the upper left on the screen it shows 10/07-07/12 which looks like files from a period of 5 years.

oh yeah, i didnt pay much attention to that, its not just pics, it is videos as well. also there are random pics of xbox and other random things
