Photos overlapping and lagging

I am running windows 8.1 on a Gateway comp that is a couple years old. The problem i am having is when i am on sites with photos they show up where they're not supposed to in just random places and overlapping other photos. I have added a couple of screenshots. The computer seems to be running ok otherwise. I have done a windows defender scan and a Malwarebytes scan and everything is ok. Any ideas how i can fix this ? Thanks. Try using IE or Firefox. If those fix the issue you can just sum it up to an unoptimized website

Thanks for the reply. Actually it works fine on IE so maybe i should try reinstalling google chrome ? Or maybe hit repair in control panel ? On google chrome it happens with all websites with pictures not just tumblr like the screenshots.

It's possible that chrome was corrupted or you aren't even using chrome, rather a malware that looks like it. Try downloading the chrome installer from a different computer and see if that helps.

Ya i actually just reinstalled chrome and the issue is gone. I had a hell of a time getting my bookmarks back though. I always download chrome from google.com so i think it wasn't fake. Maybe it was one of my extensions that was interfering with chrome. Thanks for the help.
