how do I transfere a photo from my pc to my mobile phone

Does your phone have a media card installed,or do you have bluetooth?

Plug in the phone to the computer, should show up as removable media in My Computer, copy the files over. This is assuming you have a phone with a usb connection. May help to list what phone you have.
