Photoshop cc hangs @ 1920 x 1080 pixels

I am facing the problem while using photoshop cc when work on 1360x768 @72dpi it works smoothly without any problem,but when i work with new page of 1920x1080 @72dpi it hangs and slow down and it it very difficult to work on that condition.

These are my pc specs below-

GPU- N-vidia geforce 730 gt 4 gb
HDD- 1 Tb 7200 RPM
RAM- 6GB DDR3 1300MHz
Processor- AMD Am3+ Fx-4300 4 Ghz Fx-series Four-core Edition Fd4300wmhkbox (fx-4300)

have you checked the cpu usage? because somtimes photoshop cpu usage could jump really high at random times

Cpu uses ir not more then 36 % and memory uses is 1500 mb to 2000 mb

i mean, is the gpu load at 100% when running photoshop at fhd resolution?
