Photoshop CC mouse lag

Hello, I am suddenly having mouse lag in photoshop ever since I downgraded from windows 8.1 to 7. I have never had this issue with windows 8.1. But now with 7 I do I double checked all my drivers are up to date is there any fix for the annoying mouse lag? thanks

Is it lagging just in the canvas or everywhere? Does it stop when it's minimized? Is it just ps?

Just moving the mouse or are you using a tool? Try uninstalling the drivers, use driver cleaner and reinstall. Where are you getting the driver?
