Physical memory dump blue screen error

im install win 7 os with ati radion 6900 graphic card drivers from cd ,but it is work at 10 to 15 mnt then later physical memory dump error blue screen & restart my workstation.6 gb ram,win 7 64bit,intel DX 55 extreem board With i7 processor.please solve this problem.

i m check the event log critical errors for my pc. so displayed "Critical Error 41 (63) Kernal power" The system has rebooted without cleanly shuting down first.This error could be cause if the stopped responding crshed or lost power unexectedly lease give me solution for this probleme...my pc restart at play the game.
