Physically remap foreign keyboard

Let me start by saying that I now know that BEER and Ebay don't sit well together.
1. Spilled a couple of drops of beer on my laptop - 1/2 the keys stopped working
2. Plugged in external K/B - All working fine, very lucky.
3. Went to Ebay (Later that night ) - bought replacement K/B
4. K/B arrived a few days later - Whoops!! it was an Estonian layout, same model.

Question
Could I flick off the relevent Estonian keys (about 8 or 10) and replace them with the keys from the faulty K/B then tell windows to treat the modified Estonian K/B as English UK?

even if you just tell windows the keyboard is en/uk the keys will work as you expect them (without replacing the different chars) so you may as well use it like that if you aren't distracted by the letters on the kb...

Thans for that fast response. I am so used to EngUK QWERTY that I will just swop the keys over. I will also only use it when sober, maybe.
