I recently upgraded my gpu to MSI GTX 760 OC. Since my friend doesn't have the money yet to buy my old GTX 550Ti, I'm planning to use it as a physx card with my new GTX 760. The question is, does my Cooler Master V650S psu have enough power for these two cards?

You should really consider what you're writing before you start posting your "advice" on a public forum. 1200 watts is enough for TWO R9-295X quad-GPU video cards or four GTX Titans!

I've rescinded your Best Answer so as not to be spreading false misleading information.

Here is Guru3D's power supply recommendation:
•GeForce GTX 760 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 550 Watt power supply unit.
GeForce GTX 760 2x SLI - On your average system the cards require you to have a 700~800 Watt power supply unit as minimum.

So since two GTX 760s require 700 watts. With a single GTX 760 and a more power efficient GTX 550, then 650 watts should be enough, provided its a quality PSU.

And the other part of your "advice"....

If a GTX 650 can boost a GTX 690 by an additional ~15 FPS, then a GTX 550 Ti will do at least the same with a GTX 760. In fact, it could make the difference between playable and unplayable in a game like Batman Arkham Origins.
