You can't Phsyx is an Nvidia exclusive. If you have an AMD gpu physx will be done by the cpu.

AMD gpus do not have physx. If you run a game that uses Physx, like Borderlands 2, you will not be able to use or see the physx parts of the game(in borderlands 2's case, it's a bunch of liquids that look really cool).

Basically, it will just have the feature turned off, and you will not be able to turn it on. Think of it like trying to get an all electric engine to put out smoke like a diesel engine does, they just don't.
