I threw together roughly a built that would suit your needs here: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/NycCcf
That processor will be fine with gaming, the 8 cores will help with multitasking for video editing.
The GTX 960 is the best sweetspot card out there and you should be video editing just great, and gaming it can do pretty well getting an average of 60 fps on BF4 on ultra, so probably around 80's on high.
The ssd is good, two terabytes of hard drive space.
Motherboard is good, can do some overclocking nothing crazy though which suits your needs i think.
the 16 gb of ram is not needed for gaming but if you are doing video editing then it is useful.
The case i chose is an amazing case, and there is another version of it called then enthoo pro...

The case i chose is an amazing case, and there is another version of it called then enthoo pro, for a little cheaper. the luxe which is what that link ahs looks great, lots of room, and it comes in white for 10 dollars more.
Windows 8.1
750w power supply if enough, and its 80+ bronze efficiency
This is just arough estatmation of what yo need, coming in a $1050, but you can bring things down such as the case to the enthoo pro, an maybe ring the ram down if your not doing too much video. You will still need keyboard, mouse, and monitor however. Hope this helped you out. Contact me if you have any questions.
