$600 is not to much below where the card should have cost from the start anyway. sucks that it takes sales dropping off a cliff to get that point across. i'll never be on the current gen again if $1000 won't even get a flagship chip.

Bought a 6700XT = which is perfect for 1440p. That 6950XT is top of the line stuff.
