Picked parts for friends pc

Hi, my friend asked me if I could help him pick out some parts for his pc.
So I made this: basket link

Things you should know:

Since my friend isn't comfortable with building his own pc we included an assembly.
He'd be using it for (of course) gaming and some amateuristic 3d work.
the case includes a 1*120mm fan and a 1*140mm fan
the ram is 2*8gb DDR4 (not obvious in in link)
We would also buy the gpu of of my brother (new, still in the box with 20 months of warranty) for €400
with this in mind the total price would be €1722.30
his budget is an absolute max of €1800

I'd love some feedback from you guys

Yea, I hope he'll enjoy it too, it's way better than my own desktop FeelsBadMan.
