Picking a Mic For Streaming

So I am getting to the point where I can tell that I want to actually invest in my streaming audio as I am doing it very consistently now. I plan on getting a five channel Behringer mixer so I can control my mic/headphones and then hook up an ipod for music via rca. The two mics I am looking at are the Audio-Technica At2035 and the Sennheiser E835. The reason I am torn is because I am worried the at2035 will pick up too much background noise. I don't have a dedicated office, it is just in the corner of my living room. That means the A/C vent is behind me and my kitchen is off to my left. I have read a lot that condenser mics are just hyper sensitive. If someone could lend some insight that would be awesome. I am not versed in audio. Also I know that focusrite has a bundle with a Scarlett solo, some over ear headphones and a mic but haven't heard anything about that.

If it's any help, my friend owns Audio-Technica AT2020's and they sound amazing. But it took a good week for him to completely configure the mic properly. Not sure whats different on that model but they're great mics. Almost everyone seem to go for Blue Yeti's and the cheaper Blue Snowballs though, because they are great out of the box whereas with audio technica's you have to configure alot of stuff on your mic to get slightly better audio quality. I'd say if you don't want the hassle of messing around with your mic and wanna just plug in and be done with an incredibly amazing sounding mic, go for the Blue Yeti. There's a reason why alot of people have them. I'd recommend you to look up for some pop filters too, they can make your mic sound alot better.
